JUMO dTRANS Az 01 - micro-processor indicator / controller for analytical measurement (202550)

The device with its front frame dimensions of 96mm x 48mm and push-in controller insert visualizes and controls values in the analysis measuring technology (pH value, Redox tension, conductivity, ultra-pure water, oxygen, free chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone, and many more).
The indicator has two analog and two binary inputs. The first analog input is suitable for the connection of a 0(4) ... 20mA signal that can be provided by any transmitter (also 2-wire). The input signal is prepared in accordance with the settings and displayed. One of the special features of the device is that the calibration processes for pH, Redox and conductivity are integrated in the program. RTD temperature probes Pt 100 or Pt 1000 can be connected to the second analog input.
The device has two 4-digit 7-segment displays showing the main value (red) and the temperature (green). The temperature display is switched off as standard.
A second temperature probe (Pt 100 or Pt 1000) that can be connected to the second analog input, allows the display of the medium temperature and, if desired, monitoring by means of a limit value switch. During programming, the displays serve to assign comments to the inputs. By varying the outputs (relay contacts and / or
continuous outputs) it is possible to realize the most varied control tasks.
The two relay N/O contacts of the device installed as
standard can be configured as limit value or / and pulse length or pulse frequency controllers or three-state controllers. The optional analog outputs have to be configured accordingly in order to obtain continuous controller outputs. All controller outputs can be configured for P, PI, PD or PID behavior. In its minimum version, the device offers two relay N/0 contacts and one binary output (0 / 5V). As an option, two further outputs can be
equipped with relay change-over contact and / or analog outputs (for actual value output or continuous controller output) and / or a serial interface (PROFIBUS-DP or MOD / J bus protocol respectively) and / or a voltage supply for 2-wire transmitters.
